Life isn't Black and White

God I'd kill to be back in 12th grade now. Life seemed so much simpler, and I would laugh so much more back then. Bangalore's really not for me.

Oh, here's an update on what the wall looks like now (6/8/08).
Not really what I was expecting...but yeah, whatever. A few more posters and sketches are up on it now (Reservoir Dogs, Robert De Niro in Taxi Driver, random Shaolin Monk, King Kong, Free Tibet, the Rotterdam Rumble gig, King Kong, Decemberists, Wilco, The Beatles).
I'll hopefully complete the House sketch after exams.

Behold...the very first "LOLSHIRSHAK"!!!

Don't even have the slightest clue why I made this.

Extravagance, thy name is MTV

I liked the concept of "Pimp My Ride". Randomly show up at a guy's (or gal's) place, take their piece-of-crap automobile, improve it and then return it to them. But after a while, it just became ridiculous. They'd use any excuse just so that they could put some of the most impractical and useless "car parts" in the poor schmuck's jalopy. Case in point;

Mechanic 1:"YO DAWG, THE NAME OF THE OWNER OF THIS CAR IS NILE, SO LETS PUT A MOTHERF**KING RIVER IN THE BACK SEAT!!!"

Mechanic 2:"DAYAMMM!!! THAT IS OFF THA HOOK BWOY!!!"

Installing a DVD player I can understand. Setting up a satellite tv system in car, now thats beyond me. What next? A TV in the engine? Oh wait, THEY'VE ALREADY DONE THAT!!!

RAWR!!!

I've had Photoshop CS3 lying unused in my computer for the past year and a half, and I finally decided to start learning it. Basic layering, overlaying, re-colouring, desaturization, etc. A classmate saw me fiddling with it in class and now she's asked me to "beautify" one of her pictures. She intends to print it and gift it to her fella. I'm flattered that she asked me, but she doesn't know that I'm really f**king new at this. So I obviously said yes. I really have no clue what I'm going to do.
